About the role

You'll give us and independent, impartial view and expert advice on the tools and resources that support our guidance. This is done by email and phone.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for professional members with a current role and directly employed by:

  • the NHS
  • social care
  • a local authority, or
  • an academic institution.

You should have knowledge and experience in:

  • providing health or social care services
  • commissioning
  • finance, or
  • managing care services.

Time commitment

Ad-hoc, for a period of up to 3 years.

Professional development

You will receive an annual statement from NICE. You can use this in your professional development portfolio. It shows your contribution to the development of our implementation support resources.
