These templates have been updated in line with our current manual. They are for use with topics that are following our current methods and processes (i.e. topics where an invitation to participate is sent from 1 February 2022).
Please note that the submission summary is no longer a required document. The submission template and user guide for the submission template have had minor updates relating to this change. This applies to all topics where an invitation to participate is sent from 1 November 2024.

Decision Support Unit (DSU) and technical support documents
We commissioned the DSU to:
- provide a research and training resource to support the technology appraisal programme
- develop a series of technical support documents with further information about how to implement the approaches described in the current guide to the methods for technology appraisals.
