We support the physical and mental health and wellbeing of our staff in a number of ways.
There's an employee assistance programme, mental health first aiders and a variety of health and wellbeing activities that run throughout the year.
Employee assistance programme
Our staff have access to free counselling, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This covers everything from legal and financial worries to physical and mental health problems.
Mental health first aiders
Trained to listen non-judgmentally, our mental health first aiders are on hand for support whenever our staff need it.
Occupational health
All staff can access advice and support from our occupational health service, PAM Assist OHIO.
Staff representation
We listen to our staff. We have a group of staff representatives who act as a voice for our employees.

An active social scene
There’s a range of activities available to all staff, including:
- book club
- arts and crafts groups
- walking and running clubs.
We've also launched our Eco-NICE staff network, a community of people interested in environmental sustainability. Eco-NICE provides a platform to examine and improve our internal environmental sustainability.
