Update information

Minor changes since publication

July 2022: We amended recommendation 1.10.1 because the COVID-19 standard operating procedure on running a medicines reuse scheme in a care home or hospice setting has been withdrawn. We also removed the outdated link in recommendation 1.12.5.

May 2020: Recommendations 1.10.1 and 1.12.5 were updated in line with UK government guidance on reusing medicines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

January 2018: Some recommendations were changed to make it clearer when actions must be taken. Some links were updated.
