NICE was asked by the Department of Health to develop guidance on prevention and early identification of alcohol-use disorders in adults and young people.

All registered stakeholders for the above public health programme guidance were invited to comment on the draft scope.

This consultation  took place between Friday 4^th April and Friday 2^nd May 2008 and is now closed.
