The Institute initially proposed that the guidance should move to the ‘static guidance’ list.

After review of all of the comments received during the Review Consultation (Appendix A), the Institute’s Guidance Executive considered that this may not be the most appropriate course of action and subsequently it has been decided that the guidance should be updated via the Multiple Technology Appraisal (MTA) process. Consequently, a review of TA1 will now be added to the Technology Appraisals work programme.
