The Institute has received 4 appeals from:

1.     Celgene Ltd,

2.     (joint appeal) Royal College of Pathologists and British Society for Haematology,

3.     (joint appeal) MDS Patient Support Group, Leukaemia Society and Rare Cancer Forum

4.     Royal College of Physicians, Medical Oncology Joint Special Committee

The appeal hearing took place at NICE, MidCity Place, 71 High Holborn, London WC1V 6NA on Tuesday 01 June 2010 at 10am.

The Institute awaits the decision of the Appeal Panel.
