Appeal panel decision: Asthma (older children) - inhaler devices (No. 38)
The Appeal Panel convened a hearing on the 13th February 2002 to consider an appeal against the Institute's Guidance to the NHS on the use of inhaler devices for routine treatment of chronic asthma in older children (aged 5-15 years) as set out in the Final Appraisal Determination of the Appraisal Committee (the "FAD").
