- Question
How can outcome measures relating to workplace health and wellbeing be measured?
- Any explanatory notes
(if applicable) Research funding bodies such as for example the National Institute for Health Research or Economic and Social Research Council should ensure clear outcome measures relating to workplace wellbeing, work retention, workplace absence, workplace performance and productivity, return to work and work retention are included in all the research they fund. This will ensure that all intervention research examines the effect on people's working lives and their health and wellbeing.
