Minor changes since publication
February 2025: In recommendation 1.3.1.1, we highlighted the need to take into account Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) guidance on oral methadone and buprenorphine when choosing medication for detoxification. We also added links to the DHSC guidance to other sections of this guideline.
