Kidney conditions: CKD and renin–angiotensin system antagonists
This indicator covers the percentage of patients on the chronic kidney disease (CKD) register who have hypertension and proteinuria and who are currently being treated with an angiotensin-receptor blocker or an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor. It measures outcomes that reflect the quality of care or processes linked by evidence to improved outcomes.
